I want to say first of all , that I have always had a great experience in the dc wiki as a questioner , I've actually done this several times before , And I have always been educated about the hero I was thinking about
Anyways , this time , I am once again thinking about a character I saw in Dwayne McDuffie's DCAU , to be more specific JLU , I don't recall this character ever making any speaking appearances but she made a few cameos that's for sure
She wore a full black and white outfit and had a white cape , she also wore a white crown and I once came across her wiki page a long time ago and I read that her powers have something to do with magnetism or stars and it produces white energy .
Please let me know about which character I'm thinking of .
