Hello,
I have a Hisense tv that I purchased 3 years ago. The top of the tv screen had turned dark but I was still able to see. It went away and now my entire screen picture is dark. I can still watch tv and the sounds works but now my screen just looks like I turned the brightness completely down. Is there something I can do to fix this? Also hubby has his ps4 hooked up to the tv as well. We have it on at night watching Netflix until we fall asleep and turn it off in the morning. Maybe that has a lot to do with the problem.
