Hi all, Not sure how to describe this. I have a brand new Samsung UE75KS8000. When the main screen is mainly very white and a high contrast fast moving object (say something black) is moving across the screen I’m getting a blur, like a trail - so it’s like an after image follows just behind the black object around for a second or so then goes. The shop says my TV needs to run in and it will stop after about a month but this sounds highly unlikely to me and I couldn’t find anything online about it. Anyone know, is this normal for LCD / backlit LED TVs? My old plasma definitely didn’t do this so I went into Currries and watched about 30 new TVs they had displayed and couldn’t see them doing it. Any ideas? Please help... I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References www.avforums.com/threads/samsung-tv-picture-issue-please-help.2140411/Digital Advertising Video
