Hi Guys, I have just received my new Hitachi Smart TV (43HK6T74U), and I'm having some problems setting it up. When I select the "Channel Scan" option nothing can be found. I have 3 options to choose from; Digital Aerial Digital Cable Analogue None of which bring back any results. I have a Virgin TiVo box and the aerial is plugged into that. I can watch TV as normal through the HDMI source, however if I try to use any of the apps (iPlayer, ITV Hub etc), I get the message "This application requires your TV to be tuned in and connected to the internet". It's definitely connected to the internet, so I'm assuming it relates to the tuning issue, any advice will be appreciated! Please help... I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
