Hello,
In my 49PUS7150, the remote control communication is considerably worse than it was in my previous 49PUS7909.
Depending on the angle on the remote, commands are sometimes not registered (I can see by the red led not blinking sometimes).
It is also very bothersome when using the keyboard on the back side, I need to look all the time at the TV to see which letters were registered and which not.
This is not a problem with a specific button on the remote, but a seemingly a weak transmission from the remote (or weak reception from the TV, not sure).
Is it a common problem with the new remote that ships with the PUS71x0 series? Does it also use RF like previous models?
Please help....
