Cookie: “Trust is the greatest of gifts, but it must be earned.” After this, I would think Anakin hasn't felt that's it's earned with the Council. And it hurts that Obi-Wan apparently doesn't think it's earned enough with Anakin.
This appears to be a meeting of the Jedi Council... with Anakin and Ahsoka for some reason.

I think this is Cad Bane's last appearance in the series. He was going to return in an arc with Boba Fett in a future season. Maybe some day we'll get some version of that story.

Anakin vs. Dooku, Part V.
This is a great duel, showcasing Dooku's skill and experience against Anakin's raw power. As much as the duels in this show lessen the impact of the “My powers have doubled” line, it's nice to see the progression as Anakin closes in on that ROTS opening.
And, of course, we end on a wink wink line, as Palpatine wonders aloud what the galaxy would be like without the Jedi.
Next, bad guys clash in a battle that becomes a “Massacre”!
