Cookie: “Keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer.” Very well known phrase. Various sources online attributed it to Sun Tzu or a bad translation of Machiavelli's, but the earliest confirmed instance is from The Godfather, Part II, said by Michael Corleone. On a related note, my first personal encounter with the phrase was the Spider-Man animated series from the 90s. Here's to you, Madame Web.
Nal Hutta. What a glorious jewel.
Another appearance by Monocle the Hutt!
Nice Indiana Jones ref.
Bane's got a hat again! All is right with the universe. And Hardeen gets Boba Fett's early concept art helmet.
You know a man is dangerous when he can threaten someone with a toothpick.
Pablo has one devoted Twi'lek employee. Must be a happy guy.
Ship #1 is the same design as Bossk's ship from the now Legends Shadows of the Empire event, the Hound's Tooth.
Hardeen escapes like a champ. This arc is so cool.
Watching Palpatine play both sides is so good. And driving the wedge between Anakin and the Jedi... this show does so much to help Anakin's story.
Ship #2 is the same design as Lando's Lady Luck, the yacht he owned post-ROTJ in the Legends continuity.
Anakin can't sense Obi-Wan in the Force. Surprising given how easy it was for him to sense him on the Death Star.
Drunk Sy Snootles!
The floating droids look like a cross between the med droids from Revenge of the Sith and the aliens from Batteries Not Included.
Interesting that Rex would stonewall Mace to protect Anakin.
You mean a totally awesome wide brimmed hat, Ahsoka?!? That kind of hat?
You know it's a cartoon when Anakin and Bane survive being thrown of a crashing starship.
Anakin put his lightsaber back on his belt... why?
I feel like Obi-Wan knocked Anakin out with some combination of his sleeper hold and a Force technique.
Next, let's all walk in to “The Box”!
